We employ the use of cookies. By using Digitek.lk’s website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy to enable functionality and ease of use.

Unless otherwise stated, Digitek.lk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Digitek.lk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not:

Pricing & Availability

Confirmation: We request all customers to call and confirm the price/availability of the product before placing the order. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you have ordered.
Out of Stock: Inventory is not always in stock at the back-end. If an out-of-stock product is ordered via payment gateway, the only remedy available is a refund of the money paid.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We only accept your offer when we have confirmed the product is in stock and ready for delivery/pickup.

Payments & Handling Fees

We accept multiple payment methods through secure gateways. Please note the specific handling fees:

Cash on Delivery	Available for Colombo 1-15 and selected suburbs

Delivery of Products

Inspection: Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and refuse the product.
Acceptance: Once you sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) and accept the goods, Digitek.lk will not be liable for physical damages.
Store Pick Up: Please collect products within 1 week. Digitek.lk reserves the right to dispose of products not collected within one month.

Refunds

Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
Out of Stock: Refunds are only acceptable when the product is out of stock.
Processing Times:
- Bank Deposit: 3 days to process; 2 days to realize.
- Card (Visa/Master/AMEX): 3 days to process; 14 days to realize.
- Genie: 3 days to process; 14 days to realize.

Communication Monitoring

Recording of your calls, emails, WhatsApp chat history, or other communications may take place for quality control, training, and to ensure effective system operation in accordance with the law.

Product Descriptions

Digitek.lk attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are error-free. If a product is not as described, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
