1. General Refund Terms

  • Change of Mind: Refunds for “change of mind” or unmatched expectations after a purchase is completed will not be accepted. We encourage customers to verify product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.
  • Out of Stock Items: Refunds are only acceptable when a product is ordered and paid for, but is found to be out of stock at the back-end. In this case, the customer acknowledges that the only remedy available is a full refund of the money paid.
  • Daily/Weekly Deals: Products sold under “Daily Deals” or “Weekly Deals” are limited-time promotions and are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment method used. Please refer to the table below:

Note: Digitek.lk cannot be held liable for additional delays caused by the banking institutions or card networks.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Please be aware that the following costs are incurred at the time of transaction and are strictly non-refundable:

  • Handling/Convenience Fees: The 3.0% fee charged for online payments (Visa, Master, AMEX, Genie) is collected by the payment gateway and will not be refunded.
  • Delivery Charges: If an item has already been dispatched, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Product Descriptions & Discrepancies

While we attempt to be as accurate as possible with descriptions and images, we do not warrant that they are error-free. If a product is not as described:

  1. Immediately contact customer support at [email protected].
  2. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, an alternative product of the same value, or a refund.

5. Returns for Malfunction

If you find a malfunction or fault with your product, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page. Faulty items will be inspected (a process taking at least 7 days) before an exchange or refund is finalized.
