1. Online Card Payments & Dialog Genie

Payments Methods

To ensure the highest level of security, your card transactions are processed through leading Sri Lankan banking gateways:

  • VISA & MASTERCARD: Processed through the Seylan Bank Internet Payment Gateway.
  • AMERICAN EXPRESS: Processed through the Nations Trust Bank Internet Payment Gateway.
  • DIALOG GENIE: Processed through the Genie IPG. You can pay via QR Code or any linked VISA/MASTERCARD.
  • Convenience Fee: A 3.0% fee is added to the cart total for these methods.
  • Debit Card Users: Please ensure your bank has enabled online transactions before attempting payment.

2. Bank Transfer / Deposit

For customers who want to avail of the maximum discount and the best price, we recommend paying via Direct Bank Transfer.

  • No Fees: There are no additional handling fees for bank transfers.
  • Verification: After making the transfer, please WhatsApp a screenshot of your payment slip to 0772776691 along with your Order ID.
  • Processing: Your order will be processed once the funds have successfully realized in our account.

3. Smart COD (Cash on Delivery)

To protect against fake orders and refusal losses, we implement a Smart COD system. This is a single investment for lifetime protection against fraudulent orders.

  • Advance Payment: A 10% Advance Payment (or a minimum fixed amount) is required at the time of order to confirm your COD request.
  • Balance: The plugin automatically calculates the remaining 90% COD balance, which will be shown on your invoice and is payable in cash to the courier upon delivery.

4. Koko (Buy Now, Pay Later)

We support Koko for customers who wish to split their purchase into 3 interest-free installments.

  • Transaction Fee: A 14% fee is added to the total bill for Koko payments.
  • Discount Policy: Advertised discounts are NOT applicable for Koko.
