RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp/Call at 0772776691. We will guide you on how to make your returns.

If you are returning via courier service, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the Purchase Invoice from Digitek.lk, and mail your return to the following address:

Digitek.lk 35/S-2, Main Street Pettah, Colombo 11, Sri Lanka.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

  • For defective or damaged products: Please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a specific exchange or refund.
  • Convenience Fees: Please note that the 3.0% payment gateway fee for online payments is non-refundable as it is collected by the bank.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tempered Glass
  • Phone Covers / Silicon Cases
  • Items with broken seals (for hygiene-related products like earbuds)
